Just a note of thanks to all for our 2011 season and continuing to believe in this team and all of you that make it happen. We are blessed to have a Higher Power that held us in his hands and kept us moving forward during some difficult times. From Fuzz’s Stroke to our life changing accident, our mechanical woes, to Paul’s untimely death He and you were there for us Thank You and we begin working on the 2012 season as soon as we return home. Thank you!

With the success that CAP HENRY and Team CHR

November 4, 2011

With the success that CAP HENRY and Team CHR have enjoyed this year, they wanted one more shot at “the big guys”.  This weekend, a last minute schedule change prompted the Ohio boys to travel to Charlotte for their first World of Outlaws “World Finals” running Thursday through Saturday night.

Joining the Outlaws regulars and numerous others like Team CHR, they are ready to run with the best of the winged sprinters in the land, having held their own with various Outlaw dates earlier this year including runs at Eldora and their nearby home track of Fremont.

“I think we have gained a lot of respect from the Outlaw guys because we have run so strong with them and we have run them clean”, said Cap from the team’s Belleview shop.  “If we can put a good car on the track, I think we can turn some more heads our way and I know my guys will give me what I need to do it!”

With the All Star finals week cancelled, Cap and crew will finish 4th overall in All Star’s National Points behind DALE BLANEY, TIM SHAFFER and DAVID GRAVEL and place 4th in the “Thunder Though the Plains” Region as well as 8th in the Ohio and East Regions…

“This has been a wonderful year even through all of our adversity”, said team owner KIT HENRY.  “Thanks to our crew, sponsors, fans and families….without your continued support, we would not have made it this season and we want you to know how much your being there has fueled this great group of guys.”
