CAP HENRY and Team CHR Looking …
September 14, 2012
The 2012 All Stars schedule is down to three events and CAP HENRY and Team CHR “want to make the best of it” this weekend as they look for some home track advantage racing a double-header at Fremont Speedway tonight and Saturday.
The 3/8 mile, semi-banked, clay bullring is a short 20 minute drive from the team shop and Cap and company have hundreds of laps there. Just a few short years ago, Cap won Rookie-of-the-Year honors and Fremont played a huge part in his success.
“Anytime you can race at home, you always want to do well in front of your family, friends and fans”, said Team Owner, KIT HENRY. “Because we have been on the road so much, for all of them to see how well Cap and the team has improved will really be rewarding…and they have grown so much to be a front-runner just about any night they unload!”
A great weekend will set them up for the All Stars finale at Eldora next month and prep them for the a few World of Outlaws dates they want to include before calling it a year. Look for Team CHR to return to the World Finals in Charlotte again November 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
Following a team meeting earlier this week, Team CHR will return fulltime to the All Star Circuit of Champions Sprint Car Series for 2013 and potential partnerships and sponsors are welcome to contact the team at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Cap closes in on the Top 4 holding on to 5th in All Star National Points behind TIM SHAFFER, DALE BLANEY and DAVID GRAVEL and is now just 4 points behind 4th place PAUL McMAHAN.
