The last few weeks for CAP HENRY and Team CHR have been difficult to handle because of the crazy patterns that extended pre-Spring-like weather deep into April.  Hopefully tonight, that changes as the guys are in Pennsylvania to battle the P.A. Posse at Williams Grove and Port Royal on Saturday.

Not only is it tough enough to make the “A” Main’s against “the locals”, racing in front of an avid but loyal crowd is what this weekend is all about.  Competition is tough and the fans love seeing their hometown heroes battle the “All Stars” and the handful of “other drivers” like KYLE LARSON and BRAD SWEET.

“Williams Grove is all about qualifying well and then getting a good start in your heat”, CAP said while prepping for the first round of hot laps.  “We’ve made one main event since we have been coming here…the competition is deep but we know we have a strong to team run with ‘em…”

This will be Cap’s fourth year with the All Stars and heading into P.A. is always a part of the schedule you look forward to as a driver.  “Port Royal is a fun track to race on too and I want another Top 10 finish (or better) this weekend.  But these guys know were coming for them and the fans will get to see some great racing…”

Team CHR will run fulltime for the fourth straight year in the All Star Circuit of Champions Sprint Car Series and is looking to add a couple of more partnerships and sponsors.  If you would like to get involved with a forward-thinking, family-owned team who can compete with top-dollar guys at a much better price point, please contact team owner KIT HENRY at:  kit@henrymotorsports.com

Cap sits 3rd in All Star National Points behind DALE BLANEYand TIM SHAFFER with DANNY HOLTGRAVER and DANNY SMITH right behind him.
